Croydon girl Kate Moss was discovered by a model scout at New York’s John F Kennedy airport when she was just 14 and today she celebrates her 41st birthday.
Celebrity friends often gush about about Kate and one quote that stands out is from Anna Wintour, editor of American Vogue.
“There’s something quite hidden about her. That’s why so many photographers, editors and artists were drawn. They could put their own fantasies onto her. She can be a chameleon or a sex bomb,” said Wintour.
The supermodel has always been private and differentiates between her personal life and her career.
In an interview with Vogue last year, Kate said, “I just live my life, and then I work.”
“There’s a difference between me and what I do.”
