Extortionate or a worthy splurge?

Holly Willoughby's outfit of the day Instagram posts are lapped up by her large fanbase particularly because she tends to mix high-street and designer pieces. Thursday's ensemble, worn to present This Morning features a blouse by Iris Fashion, has a price tag of almost €260 and people aren't overly happy about this fact. It's the Ikat Ruffle Print Top, designed by Rebecca Taylor, and is currently available on the Iris website for £225, which works out to about €258. Understandably, people have mixed feelings about this item. Some think it's a gorgeous piece while others have said it's ridiculously overpriced. Angie Smith, Holly's regular fashion stylist, paired the top with Maje trousers (€159) so overall, it's a pretty expensive look. This isn't the only outfit that's caused controversy among Holly's fans recently as the designer suit she wore on Celebrity Juice last night received a mixed reaction. Some think the Bozena Jankowska suit priced at £995 is way out of most price ranges while others are on the TV personality's side, saying she should wear what she wants. Most commenters loved the look, describing it as "fabulous" and "amazing" but some of her followers said that the expensive price would put them off. There's no denying that Holly looks amazing but at the same time, we do hope that we'll see more affordable, high-street looks soon.
