Lots of Irish bloggers are using the same styling trick to look more put together

Just something we've noticed.

Finding new ways to dress up the pieces you already own can be a challenge.

Buying new things is always fun, but between our Mari Kondo-fuelled obsession with decluttering and the impact that fast fashion has on the planet (eh, plus the fact that we’re always broke), it’s always worth trying to reinvent pieces that are already in your wardrobe.

One simple way of putting a fresh spin on older bits is to wear just one or two neutral or white shades from head to toe.

It’s something we’ve noticed lots of Irish fashion influencers doing lately.

These colours may seem plain but when styled well, they can can help you look more put together and like you’ve bought an entirely new outfit.

This is a trend you can easily dip into your own wardrobe for or even scour a few charity shops to find pieces that no-one else has.

Definitely something to keep in mind when your online shopping craving hits and payday is still weeks away.
