The launch will see more counsellors, teachers and school leaders being trained and provided with a new home for the charity's research and evaluation teams.
Kate will learn more about the training provided and research conducted by Place2Be, which centres around children's mental health.
She looked absolutely stunning in a navy blue dress which she previously wore while on a royal tour of Sweden. The gorgeous dress is from online retailer Seraphine. It seems like Kate is really getting a wear out of it, but wouldn't you if it was that pretty? Unfortunately (but not surprisingly), the dress has already sold out, but coming in at €209, it was a bit of a stretch anyway. However, we have found an almost identical number on the ASOS website, coming in at just €53.
The long sleeves and pleated skirt make it the perfect dress for stepping into spring, and also looks very comfy as well.
Kate and William have been working non-stop over the past couple of months in the lead up to the birth of their third child.
