So, this is how you know if Anna Wintour approves of you in Vogue

Scary stuff!

Vogue is the world’s fashion powerhouse.

No other magazine comes close to it in terms of elegance and creativity, so you know that you have to work hard to be employed there.

As we all know, Anna Wintour is the Editor-in-chief of the US version, and we can only imagine how much writers, stylists and other creatives try to impress her.

But actually, it turns out that there’s a pretty easy way of knowing if Anna likes you, and it all has to do with a little Post-It note.

In honour of the publications 125th anniversary, its app released a series of digital stickers, which include cups of coffee, an iPhone, and that all-important Post-It.

What makes the Post-It so special is the letters written on it – ‘AWOK’.

And what does ‘AWOK’ mean? Quite simply, ‘Anna wintour OK’.

Explained by Vogue’s online fashion editor, Chioma Nnadi, said: “No writer/editor/stylist/art director ever forgets their first AWOK, which stands for ‘Anna Wintour OK’.”

However, ‘AWOK’ isn’t the only thing Anna writes on Post-Its. Some not-so-great notes include, ‘Keep trying’, ‘No’, and ‘See me’.

Imagine the fear of getting those last three!
