We all have different passions in life. Some people live for music, others want to travel the world, and some of us just want to buy shoes. Lots and lots of shoes. In every shape, style and colour.  Inspired by this weekend's fabulous #ShoeLove event in Arnotts (you can check out all the details above), we've decided to find out just how many of our readers are fellow shoe addicts. Are you ready? Here are ten signs you're obsessed with footwear. 1. "There is no such thing as owning too many shoes." This is the motto by which you live your life. And when people question your spending habits in the footwear department, you explain that they're not just shoes, they're so much more than shoes. 2. When you find the perfect pair... You buy them in every colour available. Because those moments don't come around very often, and you are not interested in tempting fate with the shoe Gods. The shoes are perfect for a reason. They will sell out. Fast. 3. You have an extra room in your house where you keep your shoes. Either you have one of these magical rooms already, or you're planning on having one when you grow up. Hey, your shoes should get the space and privacy they so deserve. 4. When something bad happens, you go shoe shopping. Rough day in the office? A fight with your other half? Didn't get the job you were going for? In your world, all of life's problems can be sorted with a beautiful new pair of shoes. 5. When something good happens, you go shoe shopping.  Promotion at work? Graduating college? Passed your driving test? All of life's great little moments call for a treat. A colourful five inch-heeled treat. 6. All of your outfits centre around your shoes. Forget the dress, the bag, the jewellery, the make-up. It all starts with the shoes. And everything else just needs to find a way to work around them. 7.  When you arrive at a shop, you immediately head to the shoe section.  It's your happy place. And there is no shame in that. 8. When there's a shoe sale... You take no prisoners. As far as you're concerned, other people need to learn. They need to learn that you'll be buying the half-price shoes. All of them. 9. When people in your life question your shoe-buying habits... You've been known to go on the defensive. The major defensive. Especially if a new pair of leather brogues has tipped you into your overdraft. And you're not getting paid for two weeks. 10. When faced with the decision to buy groceries or shoes... You always choose shoes. It's a no-brainer.
