Check out Roslyn’s top tips below.

What are you top tips for finding that perfect everyday bra?

If you’re still on the hunt for that perfect everyday bra, get fitted. When you get fitted it becomes much easier to find the best style to suit not just your size and shape, but also your lifestyle. Once you’re wearing the right size in that particular bra, you’ll be completely comfortable.

Go with the flow and try style you think you could wear. You might be surprised by what suits you. And if you don’t like a style, say so and ask for other options.

What’s the biggest mistake women make when shopping for lingerie?

Not getting fitted! Just because you are one size in one style does not mean you will be the same size in another shape or style. Many woman are still wearing too big a back size and too small a cup size.

My other key piece of advice is to trust the eye of the stylist. Go with the flow. Be open-minded about styles you might typically be adverse to trying; when fitted correctly it might be the right shape for you. If it’s not for you, all you have to do is try on something else!

What three pieces of lingerie do every women need in her wardrobe?

  • Invisible briefs are a must. We have just launched a brand called Commando. The clue is in the name! They have no elastic in them and are laser cut, so not only do they look invisible but they feel it too. Calvin Klein are also a go to brand for invisible briefs.
  • A bra that is suitable for your every day wear, so this must be a bra that you have been fitted into. If you have a consultation with a lingerie stylist and talk to them about your every day wardrobe, they will fit you into the best size and style for your shape and lifestyle so that you are always comfortable and you have the right foundation in place.
  • Its not technically lingerie, but good quality hosiery is a must in every woman’s wardrobe for winter. My top picks are Commando 110 Denier Opaques which have a seam-free waistband that fits smoothly without digging in. And for an exceptionally comfortable fit, Wolford Satin Deluxe have a satin sheen with a soft seam at the back. Falke Leg Vitalizer 40 Denier Tights not only look good but also keep legs revitalised all day whether you are sitting or standing.

What are the key colours for this season?

Black is always key for Autumn Winter, however there are many styles now available in navy which is a great alternative to black and super flattering, such as Simone Perele Navy push up or Stella McCartney Smooth & Lace.

Light blue is a big colour story which is flattering to wear, you can see this in Myla, Stella McCartney Lingerie, Heidi Klum Intimates, Wacoal and Lise Charmel.

Jewel Tones such as fuschia purple are visible through the majority of favourite brands and two very striking Emerald greens are available from Stella McCartney Lingerie as well as L’Agent by Agent Provocateur.

Interesting Reds are a big colour story and available in larger cupped styles from Elixir and Simone Perele, as well as A-DD_ options from Lejaby, Chantelle, Passionata and L’Agent by Agent Provocateur.
