For those of you who were out bright and early this morning, you’ll know there was a definite chill in the air.
You can’t really prepare when the weather is like this – but one thing can you do is layer it up. A jumper with a light jacket means you won’t be absolutely sweating and can easily take the jumper off if you do get too warm.
