Lucy Mecklenburgh has shared her frustration with the delivery schedule at ASOS by making a complaint.
However, it didn’t quite work out as planned because of the online shopping site then said they wouldn’t be expecting any future orders from her.
Now, we’re sure that this is a small issue that will soon be sorted out but Lucy isn’t happy all the same.
Taking to Twitter, the former TOWIE star shared how she had purchased a birthday gift for her boyfriend, actor Ryan Thomas FYI, from the website but it didn’t arrive on time.
Lucy wrote:
“So not only did they not deliver an expensive item that was a bday present for my bf, they won’t refund me or ever let me order again. And I’m a VERY regular customer!”

It’s hard to know exactly what the issue is but it’s fair to say that the ASOS item (we really want to know what it is) has caused quite a bit of drama.
We’re sure the matter will be resolved before long and ASOS has replied to Lucy’s (massively viral) tweet saying they will look into the matter.
Lucy and Ryan met while filming Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls and went public with their romance in July 2017.
