A very different outfit.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are visiting Sussex today, apt given their official titles as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and of course, all eyes are on the royals as they sign visitor books and greet schoolchildren. We're loving Meghan's outfit too for it's a little different to the pieces she's worn to previous royal engagements. Much has been made of the royals strict dress code but it's refreshing to see Meghan introduce different styles and textures with this leather pencil skirt, a major statement piece. Leather wouldn't be a common sartorial choice for the royals and so it's surprising to see the former Suits actress make this style choice - we LOVE it though especially considering she's made some conservative fashion choices since joining the royal family.

We also love the fact that she decides to wear two different shades of the same colour, some would see this as clashing but you can't deny that she looks fabulous. She teamed this with a cream coat and high heels and the overall effect is simply stunning, definitely one of our favourite looks. More of this please! So far, they've met children from Westbourne House School who made a special guide to Sussex especially for them, A-Z format for ease of use and seriously, how CUTE?!
