However, we reckon there is an even more Millennial way to decorate this Christmas.
Yes, Sur La Table has now released a collection just perfect for 18-35 year-olds. The glass items range in price from €14.50 to €23 EACH (which is probably saying an awful lot about our spending habits) but we reckon they’d be quite the conversation-starter over the festive season.
On offer is a prosecco bottle (€21), pack of bacon (€17), hot-sauce (€23), and bacon and egg sambo (€17)… but the icing on the Christmas cake has got to be the avocado toast: costing €14.50 it boasts slices of avocado placed on a piece of brown toast (gluten-free, we assume).

Naturally enough, it didn’t take long for twitter to get wind, with Danielle Alberti pointing out spending so much on glass avocado toast ornaments might contribute to the fact that none of us can get on the property ladder.
Sur La Table is US-based. They do occasionally ship to Ireland – but fyi you have to ring them for a quote on postage and packaging.
