The celebrations are firmly underway!

Bride Suzanne Jackson signed an exclusive deal with VIP magazine… which could have meant no sneak-peeks of her wedding.

However, thankfully SoSueMe was happy to pose up in front of the church on Saturday afternoon, giving us some gorgeous glimpses of the blogger’s Big Day.

She had arrived pretty much on time at St Patrick’s in Skerries in a silver Rolls Royce… which featured a customised ‘Suzanne & Dylan’ license plate.

The woman-of-the-hour later took time-out from her celebrations to post to her 212K followers on Insta.

In a stunning snap that notched-up an astonishing 28K reactions in an hour, SoSueMe can be seen with her husband, Dylan O’Connor.

In the accompanying caption the Dubliner states: ‘The happiest day of my life! We did it…’

The 32-year-old had on Saturday afternoon married Mr O’Connor in Skerries, north county Dublin – before travelling to the five-star Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow for the reception.

After saying ‘I do,’ they had snaps taken on a blustery Skerries beach, with acclaimed photog Jenny McCarthy behind the lens.

The dress was custom-made and created by Californian-designer Hayley Paige; her debut collection took to the runway just a decade ago but she’s already made quite a stir in bridal fashion circles.

The gown was sourced with the help of Donegal’s well-known McElhinney’s Bridal Rooms. On Saturday, they took to their own Instagram page to explain: “Suzanne took everyones breath away today in her bespoke @misshayleypaige princess style dress as she glided down the aisle to her handsome husband-to-be Dylan O’Connor.

“Our Bridal team worked very closely with Suzanne and the wonderful American designer Hayley Paige to make the wedding dress of her dreams!

“With a luxurious lace detail bodice, hand-stitched pearls and full organza skirt Suzanne wowed her wedding guests and the fashion world today in Dublin for the much anticipated Irish celebrity wedding of the year.

“Alongside the beautiful bride was Suzanne’s Mum Susan who also looked stunning and she too was dressed by McElhinneys Occasionwear Department in a bespoke soft dusky pink Fely Campo dress with matching gold baroque print jacket.

Suzanne’s hair for the day – soft Kate Middleton-worthy curls – was created by Joanne Kelly. Louise McDonnell did her makeup.

Sue and Dylan had a gorgeous floral arch at the church which they later transported back to the hotel for more snaps. They furthermore had a dramatic floral wall – alla Kim and Kanye’s ionic 2014 nuptials.

Meanwhile, five bridesmaids – including her model sister, Carla – were dressed in flattering Frock ‘n’ Fabulous gowns; three cutie-pie flower girls rounded-up the stylish bridal party.

The five groomsmen – which included Sue’s little bro, Bobby – were also dapper in three-piece suits and dark brown leather shoes.

Among the 250 guests currently partying it up in Enniskerry are Rosanna Davison, Michele McGrath and Michelle Regazzoli Stone.

Tracy Desmond, of Cork-based Trace Of Cakes, did the cake. Taking to Facebook, she said she couldn’t wait to share images of her creation. “Such a beautiful girl. I was so delighted to be part of Suzanne and Dylan’s big day,” she also said. “Suzanne wanted a fairytale, and I think her dress certainly says that.”

She concluded: “The room OMG SPECTACULAR! I’ve never seen anything like it.”

After travelling the 75km from north county Dublin to Wicklow by helicopter, the bride and groom had welcomed their friends and family a little before 4.30pm with a champagne reception which was held outside in the hotel’s stunning secret garden.

The hotel’s main ballroom has been decorated with tens of thousands of euro worth of flowers by Dutch florist Lamber de Bie. An oversized illuminated ‘S & D’ is also on display.

On Saturday morning, her proud former firefighter paramedic dad, Damien – who attended the ceremony in uniform – spoke of his pride for his eldest child.

“Today I give away my first born daughter,” he wrote, before adding: “I was the first man she seen, I was the first man she fell in love with, I was the first man to hold her hand, and I’m the last man to give away her hand in marriage to her new husband.

“Love you to the moon and back, you will always be my first born baby girl,”

Last year, Suzanne told SHEmazing.net that she wanted to “go all out” when it came to her wedding gown.

“I’m going to have something that hasn’t been seen before on another bride,” she stated.

In advance of their Big Day, Sue and Dylan had asked invitees not to share images of their celebration until after VIP magazine has gone to print.
