With the end of October just around the corner, more and more places are getting ready to kick off the Christmas festivities.
Which means it’s almost the time for the halls to be decked; the twinkling lights to get strung around the house and All I Want For Christmas to be basically played on a loop for the next few months.
And, of course, spend the month watching our favourite Christmas movies for the seven-millionth time.
Among all of the usual classics – Elf, Home Alone, Die Hard, Miracle On 34th Street and It’s a Wonderful Life, just to name a few – there is just one movie that we can’t help but watch again and again (and, OK, again).
We’re talking, of course, about Love Actually – a film we really don’t think we could ever tire of.
Which is why we were particularly excited when we saw that Penneys are selling Love Actually t-shirts in the lead-up to the holiday season.
The €8 tee features one of the most well known moments from the film: when Hugh Grant’s Prime Minister dances around Number 10 to The Pointer Sisters’ Jump.
“Nothing says Christmas like love actually,” it says underneath a photo from the dance scene, with a bigger ‘Love Actually’ underneath that.
And yeah, we definitely need this in our lives.
