It's not often you come across a dress that's literally perfect in every way but our latest bargain must-have definitely comes close. It's this leopard-print beauty from Penneys which is available in shops across the country now and it's a serious fashion find. The button detail, the leopard-print, the puff sleeves...we are just loving it and the best part is it that it looks like it would be seriously comfortable to wear.
