In that vein, we're obsessed with the latest blouse to land in Penneys.
This is a wardrobe staple - super flattering thanks to its wrap front and easy to throw on with loads of different things. Plus, the resin buttons are a nice touch that make to look a little dearer than its €13 price tag.
We spotted a very similar one in Topshop (minus the big buttons) that we also adore.
