Every single year, they up their winter fashion game, and every single year, we go in and spend a small fortune.
But sure, isn’t the value great?
Anyway, top of the shopping list on this New Year’s Eve is a gorgeous pink top that I just saw on the Penneys instagram.
The brand posted a gorgeous snap of Lynn Kelly rocking the puffy sleeved top, and captioned it:

Unreal, right?
And with most things Penneys post on instagram, loads of fans have taken to the comment section to show the love.
