Despite the fact that she has been pretty much everywhere since that album launched last year, Beyoncé has not been on the cover of that many magazines as the result of photoshoots.
That all changed with this epic photograph.
The “Diva” singer graced the cover of Out magazine, looking every inch the 40’s style queen with blonde bombshell hair and amazing makeup rocking the topless look. The shot was taken by Santiago & Mauricio and styled by Lysa Cooper.
“I’m very happy if my words can ever inspire or empower someone who considers themselves an oppressed minority,” the singer told the magazine. “We are all the same and we all want the same things: the right to be happy, to be just who we want to be and to love who we want to love.”
