Buyer’s regret.
If you’ve ever found the exact item of clothing you were looking for, in the perfect size too, but left it back on the rail because a) you didn’t have time to queue up b) you didn’t really need it or c) possibly the most painful, you figured it would be there later, then you’ll identify with my current status.
I recently spotted the below piece in River Island but as I was in a rush and only went in for a “look”, I left it behind.
Skip forward a couple of weeks and sure it’s all over Instagram.
Yep, the €55 broderie anglasie top which we all know is the perfect material for summer, is limited edition so in other words it’ll be gone before you know it.
It’s currently just starting to trend on Instagram and is available online. I also spotted it in Dublin’s Grafton Street and even though I knew it was a versatile, timeless piece, I decided to stick to my self-imposed spending ban.
Lesson well and truly learned…
