This River Island top is perfect for the heatwave – and is now down to €20

Finally, finally, it looks like summer is here.

Today was glorious and Met Éireann is predicting that the next couple of days will be just as lovely. It's beer garden weather, it's cans by the canal weather. It's eating dinner out the back, leave your jacket at home, gaze out the office window longingly dreaming of pints weather. We'd resigned ourselves to the idea of a dull summer so while we're buzzing, we've kind of been caught on the hop. That's why we're doing an emergency dash to the shops for summery bits. One piece we'll be keeping an eye out for is this cute crop top from River Island. We adore the square neckline and puff sleeves, not to mention the super cute buttons. It's one you'll wear again and again on sunny days with everything from jeans and denim shorts to midi skirts and culottes. The black and white polka dots are giving us major Spanish vibes too so we'd love to see this with some gold accessories and a slick red lip for a Mediterranean feel.
