This is Rosie Connolly’s wedding dress… and yeah, she looks beautiful

Stunning.

Meghan Markle, who??

OK, so the Duchess of Sussex looks gorgeous – not least in her second wedding gown.

However, blogger Rosie Connolly has been celebrating on Saturday too… and she looks utterly incredible.

The 28-year-old Dubliner said ‘I do,’ to her long-term beau, Paul Quinn, in Carton House in Kildare on Saturday afternoon.

And on Saturday evening, she shared an image of her and Paul on their Big Day – showing that she opted for a fish-tail, off-white gown with tiers on the train.

It also had loads of delicate lace and skinny straps.

Rosie opted for a full veil (just like Meghan!) and a generous bouquet of flowers with plenty of greenery.

The groom himself looked totally dapper in navy tux with black detail.

WOWSERS!

On the morning of the ceremony, Rosie said she was feeling happy and calm. Posting snaps of her and Paul’s little boy, she shared on Insta Stories:

And on Friday, Ms Connelly was also feeling chill. In a post on Instagram, she revealed that she was spending the day with her bridesmaids after picking up “all my last minute bits” – including the rings.

“How is our wedding day here already,” she asked. “The nerves have settled and I’m ready to walk down the aisle and marry my best friend.”

And although the beautiful bride herself has yet to share a snap (we applaud that – go enjoy your moment), high-profile guests have nevertheless been giving us glimpses of what is clearly an amazing day.

Terrie McEvoy said:

Aimee performed for guests during the drinks reception, and an illustrator was furthermore on hand to capture those in attendance.

Dinner is being held at Carton House with numerous floral displays – including flowers hanging from the ceiling – being used to stunning effect.

The pair even had a gorgeous flower wall – complete with a Rosie & Paul branding.

Rosie has teamed up with VIP magazine for the Big Day – giving fans a perfect glimpse of their nuptials via a forthcoming edition of the glossy magazine.

But that also means no sneak-peaks of the bride’s gown yet… we can’t wait to see it!
