It seems Halloween trees are a thing now – and honestly, we are here for it

Halloween trees

It’s not as if these past couple of years could get any wackier anyway.

If you, like me, is feeling like you can’t wait to wave this pandemic era goodbye, you might be wanting to speed things along a bit.

And sure look, it might be a bit early to hang the mistletoe and put up your Christmas tree, but how about a Halloween tree…?

Yep, you heard that right – Halloween trees are apparently a thing now, and honestly, if there was ever a year you’d be forgiven for even thinking such a thought, this might be it.

A Halloween tree is exactly what you’d expect: A faux Christmas tree decorated in orange and black rather than red and green. Instead of beads and ornaments, these trees are decorated with all kinds of ghosts, goblins, and ghouls.

If you are feeling like this sounds all sorts of crazy and who can possibly be doing this – fear not – tons of people are indeed embracing Halloween trees. In fact, there are already more than 28.000 posts on Instagram with the hashtag #halloweentree, and the images are rather incredible.

It’s an oldie, but too much of a goodie to not share every year. Probably my favorite #halloweenwithjen situation ever.

Honestly, we’re inspired. I mean; just take a look at this and tell me you are not itching to get the twinkle lights and plastic bats out?!
