We gotta say… the tropical Bank Holiday weekend has us all sorts of in the mood for sunshine and beaches.
So irrespective of the weather that’s ahead this week (rain and cooler conditions, apparently) – we’re currently considering our summer wardrobes.
Which is why one particular white sarong has very much caught our eye.
It was worn on Monday by Limerick model Shauna Lindsay when she appeared during a holiday fashion segment on TV3’s Ireland AM.
Incredibly flattering and comfy-looking – and the fact that it’s just a tenner in Penneys right now makes the piece ALL the more sweet.
Naturally enough, Shauna herself is a mega-ride and yes, she is particularly fetching in beach attire.
However, we reckon women of all shapes, sizes, and heights would consider this sarong (which has an adjustable waist-tie) something of a summer ’18 staple.
The rest of Shauna’s outfit – which was put together by stylist Judy Gilroy especially for the TV3 show – was also from Penneys: her sunnies (€4), bikini (top €5 and bottoms €3), embellished sliders (€10), and beach bag (€8).

PS… the jewellery came courtesy of Emma By Jane – an Irish brand that produces some seriously stunning pieces.
And although Ms Lindsay, 23, was working on Monday, she’s clearly a legit fan of Penneys too: during a March holiday to the Canaries she sported a few pieces from the retailer’s swimwear collection.
Shauna has 57.5K followers on Insta and (speaking of summer-time) regularly shares footage of her crushing workout routines.
