So, this is why ASOS pieces are called after certain people

Ever wonder why ASOS clothes have certain names?

Yep, we did too. From Sophie to Olivia, and even Stephanie, everything is given a name – and honestly, we just thought it was completely random until now.

But, it’s turns out that there’s a pretty sweet reason behind the names and we’re all here for them.

It started on Twitter when one woman made the admission that the clothes are made after people in the company who put in so many years of service.

That was then confirmed by an employee (who unfortunately, still doesn’t have her name added to any items of clothing yet).

How cool is that though?

ASOS really seem to be upping its game recently. The online retail giant dropped a new underwear range last week that comes in a wide variety of “nude” shades to suit different skin tones.

The range is already receiving huge praise from customers around the world, especially those who’ve struggled to find a “nude” shade of underwear that suits their skin tone.

We think ASOS deserve a round of applause.
