The Style Fairy’s T-shirt edit is so worthy of your ideal autumn capsule wardrobe

Jade Hayden

In the market for a new autumn/winter capsule wardrobe?

Sure, aren’t we all? While there are plenty of staple pieces that every one of us should have in our closets this year (a solid pair of jeans never goes amiss), there is one garment that we simply cannot – and should not – go without.

The T-shirt. And thankfully, the Style Fairy herself, Naomi Clarke, has only gone and released her own new edit with Littlewoods – with a portion of the proceeds going to Women’s Aid.

Naomi’s exclusive edit with V by Very consists of a selection of everyday t-shirts that you can dress up, dress down or do whatever you happen to be feeling that day, really.

The pieces are chic, unique, and ideal if you’re hoping to update your autumn/winter wardrobe without breaking the bank.

Naomi describes her own style as classic, feminine and vibrant, and this edit is a little bit of all of that. The four wardrobe staples can be easily styled across multiple looks and are available in sizes 6 through to 24, with 10% of all purchases going directly to Women’s Aid.

Naomi says that of her entire career, this new edit is probably the highlight. What’s more is that her girls are incredibly excited to see their mammy doing more of what she loves.

“Anabelle is the only one who sort of understands and she is very excited!” she says. “She loves clothes already and has tried on my t-shirts, we had a good laugh at her.

“They are proud of mammy, but being ‘the style fairy’ they always ask me if I have secret wings or if I have magic powers.”

Included in this new collection is a classic white T, a long sleeved Breton T, a bright pink long line T, and a sage green number with a turn-up sleeve.

Naomi also decided to include some of her favourite quotes: ‘Cool To Be Kind, Be You, You Got This and You Are Enough’ across the range, which is available to buy now.

Catherine O’Toole, Head of Marketing for Littlewoods Ireland, says they are delighted to continue their partnership with Naomi, whose style is “trend led, considered and feminine making her the perfect fit to talk about creating your style around staple pieces.

She says: “A hugely important part of this campaign is working with our charity partner, Women’s Aid, they do incredible work in helping women in difficult situations and it is a privilege to be able to play a small part in supporting them help more women.”

Sarah Benson, CEO of Women’s Aid adds: “Women’s Aid has been working to stop domestic violence against women and children since 1974. It is partnerships like this help us to continue to be a leading supportive service to women in Ireland.”
