Summer fashion: I got my entire staycation wardrobe sorted with these 7 buys

Trine Jensen-Burke

Staycation wardrobe in just 7 buys

I’m ready!

We are set for another summer of staycations and road-trips, and as one of my favourite things about holidays is putting together the perfect vacay wardrobe, I am all set already.

When packing for trips, I am actually a high fan of travelling light – and packing a selection of items and outfits that can be easily layered, mixed, matched and worn together and on their own. And right now, I am in love with UK brand Hush – that literally tick all my staycation vibe boxes.

Airy silhouettes, neutrals and just a few little pops of colour are perfect, IMO, for everyday as the sky blues and temperatures rise.

The past few years, I have become a lot more conscious when it comes to buying clothes that will last, and that are made in a way that is as kind as possible to the environment. I don’t want a summer wardrobe that is made to be discarded once this year’s holiday is over – I want clothes that I will love next summer as well, and the one after that and the one after that, and items that will work with bits I already have in my wardrobe.

And this year, I have pretty much narrowed my staycation wardrobe down to these seven pieces

1. Carina Linen Playsuit

€110

2. Cut Out Ruched Swimsuit

€84

3. Wren Tiered Maxi Skirt

€91

4. Aurora Striped Relaxed Sweatshirt

€67

5. Sydney Chino Shorts

€60

6. Nellie Broderie Maxi Dress

€110

7. Aster Ringer Vest

€36
