It seems like summer 2018 will never arrive, mainly due to the extreme weather we've experienced over the last month. However, it's practically April and there are reports that we'll see a significant rise in temperatures towards the end of the month. Given that it'll be almost May and officially summer then, this better be the case and if all else fails, there's always the option of a last-minute bargain holiday. We're inclined to think a few days in the sun isn't a bad option given the winter we've had and of course, there's always the bonus of getting your wardrobe warm-weather ready. The Strappy Linen Dress (€39.95) just landed at Zara and we adore it from the gorgeous blue shade to the cute button detail. Linen might not be the most practical of fabrics given its tendency to crease but we're going to push that negative thought aside on the basis that it's just the perfect summer fabric. Wear it as a simple sundress on holidays and it's easily layered with a t-shirt if it doesn't quite reach tropical temperatures back at home. Either way, it's a gorgeous piece and we have a feeling this particular shade of blue is going to be big this season.
