The €10 Penneys dress that will give your wardrobe an instant spring refresh

Spring is almost here.

Or, well, we're hoping so, anyways. Does anyone else feel like this winter has lasted just about forever? In an effort to cast away the wintry blues, we've got our sights set on the warmer weather - as well as the fabulous, colourful new wardrobe that comes with it. After all, there's nothing wrong with a bit of advance planning, is there? There are plenty of new season pieces already arriving in our favourite shops, and while we don't want to spend our entire paycheque...well, there are a couple of items that we just have to have.
