We can’t decide if this is weird or wonderful, but if you ever dreamed of owning one of Princess Diana’s most iconic dresses, now’s your chance because ten of the tragic royal’s dresses will go up for auction on March 19th.
The collection featuring gowns by Zhandra Rhodes, Catherine Walker and Bruce Oldfield, was originally bought at a charity sale held in New York in June 1997, arranged by the Princess a few months before her sudden death.
It also features one of her most famous frocks – the midnight blue velvet Victor Edelstein gown she wore when she danced with John Travolta at a state dinner in the White House in 1985.

Also featured in the collection is a dark green velvet dress, which has a small hand print stain, probably from either a young Price William or Price Harry.
The dresses vary in price but estimates are between €20,000 and €200,000.
One thing’s for sure – the collection is priceless and the sale prices will undoubtedly exceed the guidelines.
