The Penneys dress that’s selling out everywhere this week

Did you get your hands on one?

Cathy Donohue

UPDATE:

Good news if you absolutely need the below star dress in your life.

I’ve just found out that there are going to be 200 more of the dresses delivered to four Dublin stores: Blanchardstown, Mary Street, O’Connell Street and Dundrum.

The only thing is you’ll have to wait two weeks so make sure you keep an eye out if you want to nab one…

Everyone wants it.

So you might have spotted the below star-print monochrome print dress already and if you haven’t, you’re probably going to want it.

Lauren Arthurs was one of the first to sport the pretty print, almost a month ago if any of you eagle-eyed Insta users noticed it on her account.

Next, Pippa O’Connor Ormond wore it at one of her Fashion Factories and that was it, people were going crazy wondering when it going to land in store.

The slightly fluted sleeves, the on-trend star print, the choker effect, the keyhole slit…OH the details.

Anyway, it arrived this week, yesterday in most branches, and needless to say, it’s pretty much sold out.

Knowing I was probably too late, I went in search of one earlier today but there were none to be found in Dublin.

Having chatted to the gals at Penneys HQ, they confirmed that at present, the dress isn’t likely to be restocked.

As you can see from the below, some lucky shoppers got their hands on the much-coveted piece but others were left disappointed.

Saying that, having been in Penneys today, I have about ten more things to add to the lust list so that’s some consolation!
