This €285 wedding dress is giving us serious Pippa Middleton vibes

It looks a designer piece.

Talk about value for money.

High street wedding gowns are something that keep catching our eye here, given the stunning affordable bridal collections our favourite shops are coming out with this spring.

While the average Irish bride spends €1,787 on her gúna for the big day, it’s a relief that there are more affordable options out there – and that you don’t have to compromise on style if you’re on a tight budget.

One of our favourites is this ivory dress from Monsoon’s current bridal range.

The dress has a draping cowl neck at the front and a low, sweeping back and is fitted but not clingy.

It falls into a short train at the back that can be picked up with a finger loop and it also has internal bra-keepers to secure onto bra straps.

The dress is classic and elegant and brings to mind Pippa Middleton’s bridesmaid dress from her sister Kate’s royal wedding in 2011.

Pippa’s dress was slightly more covered up than the Monsoon gown and doesn’t feature any bling, but they are in a similar sheath style.

The dress retails for £249 on Monsoon’s site, which works out at just under €285 – an absolute steal. Monsoon doesn’t appear to ship to Ireland but Parcel Motel would do the job.

Here are some of our other favourites in the collection.

Emilie, £499

Clara, £349

Isabella, £499
