Kahl has now worn the same uniform every day for the last two years and says her approach is no different than the one taken by men who wear a suit to work each day.
She slammed the pressure put on women to look flawless every day and urged her contemporaries to "reclaim the driver's seat".
"Today, I not only feel great about what I wear, I don't think about what I wear."
