Thriftify launches designer drops every week starting today

We’ll be first in line.

Online charity shop Thriftify has announced that they are releasing weekly designer clothing and accessories, and you can hear us screeching.

The clothes, bags and accessories are all set to be in new or nearly new condition, and they’ll be on offer for up to 70% off the retail price.

With everything from Chanel to Balenciaga, Thriftify is dropping weekly designer items on their site every Thursday, with massive bargains for the foreseeable future.

The new initiative focuses on showcasing the top luxury stock, and with charity shops frequently acquiring high-value luxury products that are never seen by the public, Thriftify wants to make second hand shopping accessible to all.

These donations raised from these luxury clothing items will be donated to NCBI through Thriftify and they’ll be available to the public from 6pm tonight (April 7th).

The collection includes designer ball gowns and accessories, handbags, shoes, and apparel, with prices starting at €50 all the way up to a vintage Chanel jacket worth €12,000, with Fendi, Dolce and Gabbana, Off White and more on offer.

“Our mission is to change how and why the world shops and for us this is a very exciting step in that direction. The benefits of buying second hand are endless, however there is still a stigma around shopping from charities. We plan on shifting this consumer mindset by highlighting the incredible designer gems that can be found in charity shops,” Thriftify said.

Items will be dropping every Thursday at 6pm, and each one is completely authentic.

“NCBI Retail is hugely excited to be working with Thriftify on the launch of this superb collection of designer brands. Already through our partnership with Thriftify, we’ve been able to engage with a wider customer base of online shoppers, and this is definitely growing, given the impressive designer stock now on offer. We also hope it will entice some online shoppers to visit one of our 130 shops nationwide which have plenty of quality preloved stock available,” Beverly Scallan,  Head of Retail for NCBI, said.
