Princess perfect – every time.
Being a member of the royal family means you are photographed a lot. Pretty much every time you leave your house, and certainly when you are out in official royal business.
The Duchess of Cambridge is one of the most watched women in the world – and although thousands and thousands of photographs of her exist, you'd be really pressed to try to find one that isn't flattering.
And yes, we know Kate is gorgeous in real life, which obviously makes it easier to look pretty in pictures too – but seriously – no bad angles?
Turns out – Kate has a secret trick up her sleeve – and apparently, she picked it up during her intense royal media training prior to her engagement to Prince William.
Royal fashion expert and Stylist
Miranda Holder recently took to social media to share the hack, meaning we can all try it now.
The best bit? It is easier than you would think – all you need to do, apparently, is make sure you keep your chin at the right angle.
'Keep your chin parallel to the ground'
The Duchess of Cambridge always makes sure she keeps her chin parallel to the ground.
“She doesn’t tilt it down, she doesn’t tilt it up, and that ensures a flattering photograph every single time,” Holder says.
“You can be the most gorgeous person in the world and still get a horrific photograph, so it really is all about your relationship to the camera and where you place your jaw. If it is too low, it’s not good, if it’s too high, definitely not good – we don’t want to see your nostrils!”
Holder adds:
“Kate uses all of this training and more,” she reveals.
"And it works, give it a go!”
