Celebrities from the music industry were out in force last night to attend the MTV Video Music Awards 2014 held at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
Sparkle appeared to be the theme of the night with many opting for glittering sequinned gowns including Iggy Azalea, Nicky Minaj, Jennifer Lopez and Kelly Rowland.
Taylor Swift went for short shorts with an embellished playsuit, Solange Knowles donned a sequinned trouser suit and the Tom Ford bodysuit Beyoncé wore to perform was a fashion highlight.
Amber Rose’s barely there sequinned number was an interesting choice and we’re not quite sure how to feel about Gwen Stefani’s hot pink pants suit.
Katy Perry and rumoured boyfriend rapper Riff Raff opted for matching denim numbers (Britney and JT circa 2001) while Rita Ora went for a red dress featuring a thigh-high slit.
