Vogue Williams wore a maxi kimono over jeans and now we want to wear a maxi kimono over jeans
Vogue Williams has done it again.
As most of us are doing well to remember to alternate between pyjama sets at the moment, limited edition pieces are not exactly on our radar.
And yet here we are wholly coveting Vogue Williams' entire ensemble in her latest Instagram upload.

All dressed up! I did a little filming for something fun today. We got our weekly shop and I managed to sort through baby clothes. I’m so used to being really busy that I sometimes feel bad when I don’t get a lot done in a day. To be honest it’s hard to get anything done besides looking after T and keeping him occupied so some days that’s all I do and it does feel like enough. It’s also nice to spend all day making sure he’s having fun. I’m definitely learning that it’s better to be more relaxed than always going at a million miles an hour ☺️
In a post uploaded last night, the Dubliner, who announced her pregnancy last month, gave a detailed insight into her lock-down routine, but if we're being honest, we were somewhat distracted.
OK fine, we were massively distracted and yes, it was the beautiful Jessica Russell Flint piece doing all the distracting.
Worn in this instance over a basic white vest and jeans, the maxi kimono is a particularly versatile piece, and we can already see Vogue working it as a dress in the height of summer.
Hell, we can see all of us doing it.
Naturally, Vogue's nod to the British designer sent us down a rabbit hole, and now her stunning hand-illustrated designs are consuming our every thought.
Listen, we're not suggesting any of us start blowing our rent on sartorial splurges, but what's the harm in getting a little style inspo while planning post-lockdown outfits?
That's all we're saying.
