We found the perfect laundry hack that’ll help you get grease stains off clothes

Bit of a klutz when it comes to spilling food?

Same here.

I am forever trying to tackling stains and get fed up having to throw out perfectly good clothes just because they had some sort of grease stain that was impossible to get off.

However, I came across this nifty little hack on Instagram yesterday and it turns out it works a charm.

I tested it last night on one of my little boy’s t-shirts that I was convinced I would have to toss, and the stain came out no bother.

The magic trick? Chalk!

Alright mamas, we have another fun laundry hack for you on this relaxing Sunday! Grease stains: fight them with chalk! Simply run the chalk on the greasy stain so that the powder can absorb the grease. From there, throw it in the wash with regular detergent. Just rub the chalk along the stain. Its powdery texture is ideal for absorbing the grease and will help to lift the stain.

You can then wash the garment like normal and should completely banish the stain for good.

No more throwing away ruined clothes!
