Those interested in colour psychology will tell you that green is viewed as the colour of balance and growth.

It balances your emotions and helps to restore calm and piece which means it is an ideal colour to wear in times of stress.

If you have an important exam looming, a work presentation coming up or a penultimate job interview on the cards, then make sure to include a little green in your outfit on the day in question.

Green is also the colour of growth, renewal and rebirth. Wearing green helps to promote a sense of relaxation and well being.

It is also associated with wealth and prosperity. So you never know, wearing green might help with cash flow or a competition entry…
