Zara has a new app that will let you see what clothes are like in real life

This BEAUTIFUL fur coat is somehow just €26 in Zara and we're confused

HELL to the YES….

We love Zara. We would pretty much buy our whole wardrobe there if it wasn’t for Penneys… but it’s looking like Zara is stepping up its game by introducing augmented reality.

Yep, the store has released a new app that will allow you to see what clothes are like in real life.

All you have to do is download the app, point it at anything from a Zara window to a mannequin and then you’ll see a model pop up wearing the clothes you want to see.

If you fancy it and think it looks good in real life, then you can buy it straight away.

In a press release from the brand, it added that “the app features a tool for sharing the experience on social media, encouraging users to take and submit photos of the holograms, establishing a virtual connection that appears remarkably real.”

It seems like a lot of retailers are stepping up their game online recently… especially ASOS.

ASOS’s latest feature for shopping its site is very welcome – it’s going to start showing us what its products look like on people with different body types.

While it’s great to see more diversity in the type of models used, it’s not even necessarily an issue of body positivity, it’s just easier and more practical. We’re less likely to have to send stuff back and get a refund if we have an idea of what it might look like on us.
