PawChatz is a device that you stick to your wall at animal-eye-level which you can ring to chat to your dog or cat. You can also dispense treats from the device to praise your pet for chatting to you. It can be accompanied by PawCall which is a gadget you pop on the floor for your pet to push when it wants to give you a ring.
