Google wants to change the way you search for jobs and we are all for it

Time to find the job of your dreams.

This new tool might just make that job hunt a whole lot easier.

Google has just released a new salary estimator helping you search for jobs by your desired pay as well as giving you the ability to see companies by their varying salaries especially between men, women and specific roles, giving you a better platform when it comes to negotiating pay.

Basically this new tool is all about helping you get what you deserve and hopefully creating more financial transparency.

With the growing cost of living, especially in a city; between bills, rent, transport, crippling loans and basic everyday necessities, it is important that we find a job which can support this.

HelloGiggles reports that Google’s new tool will publish salary information right next to your job searches. Pulling data from review sites such as Glassdoor and Payscale as well as the company’s own site, in a bid to give you full knowledge on what you should be expecting to make in each specific role.

Another feature alongside the salary estimator is the option to look for jobs in relation to your proximity, meaning you can filter jobs from two to 200 miles from you.

This will hopefully make job hunting a lot easier, now to get cracking on that CV.
