Google has just released a new salary estimator helping you search for jobs by your desired pay as well as giving you the ability to see companies by their varying salaries especially between men, women and specific roles, giving you a better platform when it comes to negotiating pay. Basically this new tool is all about helping you get what you deserve and hopefully creating more financial transparency.

Another feature alongside the salary estimator is the option to look for jobs in relation to your proximity, meaning you can filter jobs from two to 200 miles from you.
