Women with these names are most likely to get pregnant in 2018

You might remember last year that a list of 'names of women most likely to get pregnant in 2017' was released and now, there's a new list for 2018.

Jessica was top of the list for two years running but this year there's a new number one, none other than Emma.

Emma is followed by Laura and Sarah, Stephanie and Kirsty round out the top five.

There are twenty names in total on the list compiled by Closer and you can check it out in full below.

At this point, you're probably wondering where the logic for this list comes from and here's how they went about it.

They looked at the average age that women get pregnant and then worked backwards to find what baby names were most popular that year.

This resulted in the below list.

Although there is some basis for the aforementioned list, we wouldn't take it too seriously all the same.
