The Body Shop has been at the forefront of the beauty advent calendar game for years.
Big boxes, an array of beauty offerings, and packaging that’s just as lovely as the products inside, the Body Shop advent calendars are back for 2021 – and this year, they are in fact more sustainable than ever.
With reusable and recyclable pots, bags created using a variety of old materials, and calendars that can easily be repurposed around the home, the brand has removed all remaining plastic components from its advent calendars to save 29 tonnes of plastic across the whole collection.
The Body Shop are also supporting Family Carers Ireland this year and committing to donating €500,000 to carers charities around the world, with a portion of proceeds going directly to the charities.

Share the Joy – €85
The first is the Share the Joy advent calendar, a box containing 24 small products ranging from the brand’s hydrating face masks to travel size body butters to shampoos and of course, lip balms.
This calendar costs €85 for the entire set and contains €116.25 worth of product.
Share the Love – €120
The Body Shop’s second calendar is slightly bigger and included 25 doors to open in the lead up to that special day.
The calendar includes face masks, body butters, bath bubbles, and a number of full sized products including shower gel, moisturiser, and hand cream.
This calendar costs €120 for the entire set and contains €174.65 worth of product.
Share the Joy and Love Ultimate – €200
If you think this advent calendar is simply too big to justify purchasing, think about it this way – the person you gift it to will have about a year of product to get through. Unless you gift it to yourself, and in that case, you’ll have about a year of product to get through.
The biggest of this year’s advent calendars, this giant includes a vast selection of lovely full size products including a hydrating toner, conditioners, body mists, body scrubs, and the Body Shop’s incredible Drops of Youth concentrate.

An exclusive calendar that’s only available to buy in select stores, this gift has been billed as the best Body Shop calendar ever – and in fairness, based on what’s inside, they may not be far off.
Packed full of charcoal face masks, body butters, the Body Shop’s jelly mist, and their gorgeous Drops of Youth liquid peel, this gift includes some of the brand’s most iconic products and some new surprises.
