With new seasons come new hair trends. That’s just the way it is in the digital era, and we’ve somewhat learned to accept that ‘what’s in’ is usually always an evolution of what was trending last year.
Last year, we saw our favourite celebrities paint the town red, including Emily Ratajkowski, Barbie Ferreira, and Nicola Coughlan, to name a few.
While it looks like a gorgeous new TikTok filter, the ‘Cowgirl Copper’ hair colour is a more toned-down and stripped back version of the fiery red we saw last year, with a more caramel and brunette note to it.

The trending colour has a more natural yet luxe vibe to it, and is nowhere near as loud as its red predecessor.
Since it’s starting building momentum, it actually has gone on to become a filter for users to try on the colour before taking the not-so-deep-red plunge.

Many hair professionals, who cleverly have been taking advantage of the coppery craze’s surge in popularity, have now also began sharing the formula they use to create this autumnal hair trend.

From what I gather watching this trend blow up, ‘Cowgirl Copper’ seems to suit pretty much everyone and seems like a very easy route for salonists to go down when taking you on a hair transformation for the upcoming season.
