Ohhhh.

Cathy Donohue

When visiting the hairdresser, stylists often ask what way you part your hair.

You either know exactly what suits you, or you haven’t a clue and would love some expert help.

Thankfully, Ken Paves, hair guru to the stars, (he often travels with Victoria Beckham to tend to her locks), has some tips for getting your parting right.

He recently spoke to Byrdie and said that “a deep side part draws attention to the arch of the brow to show off the eyes”.

It’s easier get your parting right when your hair is wet but you can also give it a go with dry locks, using a little hairspray to hold it in place.

Ken also says that tucking your hair behind your ear can draw attention to your face, emphasising your cheekbones and jawline.
