72% of women said they were the sole influencers in choosing their resolutions and only 2% were influenced by celebrities.
13% kept to their resolutions for the entire year but 72% caved after a couple of months and 19% called it quits in the first week.
Those surveyed said that laziness, pressure from friends and the cost of maintaining resolutions were among the reasons for breaking their New Year's promise.
