If anyone grew up with a brother you’ll know ALL about these. I remember the days well, the swimming cap with the holes all over it, the tweezers you used to pull the hair through, the impatience of a twenty-something-year-old man who just wanted frosted tips without waiting for the bleach to take hold.
We thought those days were gone, but no. Frosted tips are BACK and evidently, it has nothing to do with N*Sync.
The look, which dominated the 90’s pop scene, seems to be making a comeback as one Twitter user pointed out:
