Some folks aren’t so good at the whole planning in advance debacle and dressing up for Halloween.

But one of the easiest ways to ensure you look spooky as hell AND save money is to simply opt for some makeup. With makeup you don’t need to commit to being a particular character, allowing your imaginative ideas to come through, plus the chances are it won’t be too expensive either.
