Lush’s range of cruelty free makeup brushes are all we want for Christmas this year

Keeley Ryan

Lush have unveiled their range of cruelty free makeup brushes and yeah, we definitely need to try these.

Over the last few years, the handmade cosmetics company have become known for everything from their shower gels to bath bombs; face masks to makeup.

Now, Lush’s Henry Street location have taken to Instagram to unveil their latest addition: makeup brushes.

The brushes are 100 per cent vegan and, as the cosmetics company says, are “easy to use and lovingly handmade.” They have soft, synthetic heads, wooden handles and are made using vegan glue.

There’s the Glow To Town brush (€19), ideal fo contouring and highlighting or for targeted application.

And the Get In There brush (€9) “makes the trickier details feel like light work” – whether you’re trying to apply eyeliner, eyeshadow or do tight lining.

The Pucker (€19) brush cuts the crease and blends your lipstick or lipliner seamlessly. Plus, it comes in a travel-friendly case – so it is perfect for when you’re on the go.

The People Powder (€39) is the perfect brush to keep your makeup in place, or if you’re looking to bronze all over – basically, anything that requires broad and light coverage.

The Wing It (€12.50) brush is more for precision application, including liquid eyeliner and eyeshadow – and makes achieving the cat eye flick oh-so-simple.
