Bye bye, precious paycheque...

As if all the fuss about Kylie Jenner's lip kits wasn't enough to guarantee my early bankruptcy, US makeup giants MAC have decided to release 14 new shades to their already gorgeous collection. FOURTEEN. While the prized lipsticks at a local Brown Thomas or MAC store can cost us between 15 and 20 euro, it still doesn't stop us losing our MINDS when it comes to getting the newest shade from the iconic brand. MAC's new release the 'Blue Nectar collection' will launch on the June 6th and feature 14 new lip colours in a whole range of gorgeous shades. Blue Nectar will feature 6 lipglosses and 11 lipsticks - where three lippies will be returning shades from a previous collection. MAC's senior makeup artist Dominic Skinner gave a sneaky preview of the upcoming collection on Instagram.

The lipglass shades pictured (top to bottom) includes: Fashion Fanatic, Robust and In Abundance. The list of new matte lipstick shades (left to right) includes: Intoxica, Barbeque, Ablaze, Sweet Venom, Riot House, Give In, Courting Seduction, Lured In, Lust Extract, Invite Intrigue and Breathing Fire. It looks like the matte lip look will be here to stay considering many of the colours appear to have the classic matte formula, which many MAC fans will know, stays on for HOURS. *Blesses self* That perfect lilac shade I've been hunting for may finally be here - with Courting Seduction and Lured In as both potential options. There's never been a better time to start saving those pennies.
