Willing to give it a go?
It looks like we are leaving smokey eyes in the past and opting for a fresher, brighter approach this spring.
Well, that is according to New York City makeup artist Ashlee Glazer of Pucker – she believes that the new “it” eyeshadow colour is rose gold.
In her opinion rose gold is the pinnacle shadow colour for SS18 as it is “not too gold and not too silver,” therefore suiting every skin tone – she said when speaking to InStyle.
For most of us, dark eyeshadows don’t actually suit us anyways and many major makeup artists believe we will look back on the heavy smokey lids in time with our heads hanging in shame *sigh*.
So is it time to try pastures new? Perhaps.
